By accessing or using the ViewingRoom platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
ViewingRoom provides a web-based software application that allows material suppliers to upload digital images and references of their products, generate private viewing portals, and track internal requests for physical material swatches from external parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all content uploaded to your portals.
You retain all rights to the product images, logos, and text you upload. ViewingRoom does not claim any ownership of your data. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) upload illegal, harmful, or defamatory content; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from other users' portals; (d) use the service in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
ViewingRoom is provided "as is" for administrative and visual reference only.
The Service does not integrate with your ERP, CRM, or order management systems. ViewingRoom is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of uploaded SKUs, the physical delivery of requested samples, miscommunication with third parties, or any loss of business resulting from misinterpreted data. In no event shall ViewingRoom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is billed annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if payment fails or is charged back.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms our platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the year.
Upon termination, we will permanently delete all your uploaded images, viewing rooms, and request logs within 30 days.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
